水羊羹、羊羹の松本家

松本家は創業文政二年、羊羹一筋の老舗。福島県会津若松市の東山温泉街にあります。特に水羊羹が絶品です。

松本家は創業文政二年、羊羹一筋の老舗です。当店は福島県会津若松市の東山温泉街にあります。山を行き来する人々の休憩所として、生活用品を商いつつ水羊羹をお出ししていましたが、その水羊羹を是非「おみやげ」として持ち帰りたいという要望を受け本格的に「羊羹屋」として営業が始りました。松本家二代目である名人本井松三郎が大正初期博覧会にて受賞して以来、会津東山温泉の名物として人々に親しまれ続けています。
